Tilt/Telescopic Steering

I am considering installing Tilt/Telescopic steering in my vette. I am looking for an aftermarket supplier of quality steering columns for a 78. Ideally I would love a chrome one as it is a show car and this would be something special. Also any advice on installing or why I should not would be appreciated. Thanx.

Try Summit - they have a number of chrome columns - also, check the supporting vendors - even if you don't see it in a catalog or on the web call some to get advice.

You might consider just plating the metal cup shaped extension that is right under your steering wheel. Also the telescope lock can be purchased as a chromed part.
