Im looking into buying some used hooker sidepipes and headers, but they dont come with any mouting hardware to put them on. I have been looking online and I can't seem to find just the hardware as a kit for sale. Any suggestions of where to find this, or do you think I can mount them with bolts ect. that I find locally.

Call Hooker directly, or someone like Mid America. I know that can sell just the hardware but they may not list it. If you call them, you can ask them for hardware only, and see where that gets you.
If you win them and need some install tips just let me know. I have put side pipes on two '77 Vettes and a local friend and I just swapped some old side pipes for some new ones on his '74.
Every install is different but I might be able to give you a few pointers.
I went through this same thing myself.
call your local Hooker retailer and have them order the sidepipe hardware install kit.
I can probably find the P/N if you need it but I wont be able to get it till Sunday
i just used a nut and bolt and washers. i was a PITA to get the bolt inside the rail and through the hole but i did it. if i ever have to pull them off i think i will buy the right hardware though.
Mine did not line up with the slots in the frame as they should, and I was forced to use regular nuts and bolts with washers, etc. It worked just fine.
im running on a real tight budget, and have a lot of bolts and nuts laying around, so i think i'll try that first and then get the real hardware if i need to.
