R your ceramic coated headers rusting?
I was washing the car today and while I was wiping down the valve covers I had a look at the ceramic coated headers. There looks like there is some surface rust on them. Just a very very small amount mind you. Has anybody else noticed this? Are we supposed to wipe these down once in a while and put something on them? I thought these were supposed to look good 'forever'. They weren't cheap junk either. Hookers. Think I spend $400 or so on them. (couple years ago- sorry , can't remember exactly))

yea, Mine are rusting. Sucks. I, too, thought ceramic meant no rust. I will deal with it when I get closed to being on the street. I guess I can have them re-coated. There is a shop locally that does headers very well. I have seen their work on 1500 hp engines, and they look great. I just hate doing things twice.
