I have seen them individually sold on Ebay, but not by vendors. Usually all I see are the sets...though someone in our vendor list might sell them one by one.

I did...kind of.
They won't fit in the script holes that are molded into the rear bumper...but they work great on the flat bumpers if you first remove the old emblems and fill the old holes.
