Another fine example of unintended consequences by a democrate controled state. Hang onto your guns and bibles, barry is on the way. This comment may belong in Political section, but its a response to Corvette Centrals decision.

It seems like there would be a good work around for this. It sounds like the state is working hard to get what they think is their fair share of taxes from an out of state company. I don't like the sounds of that at all. Three shows per year should not qualify as a significant business presence in that state.

I have to admire Corvette Central for trying to above board on this instead of trying to fly under the radar.
I agree that a few trips a year into Penn. doesn't constitute a significant business presence there.
