Holy Mackerel !!!!
These pictures are great for those of us way down here in the south. I almost wore out my mouse clicker doing 'save picture as'. I dumped a number of them to my cpu.
Thank you guys for posting pictures like this. I, for one, truly appreciate you taking the time.
Buddy
If you tried to post all the pics of every nice car at the show you would BOG the server down till it collapsed!!!!!!
It was pretty sweet. I bought the black targa top made by RAINCOAT for my '69 coupe. I can leave my T-Top panels home now. I now have a fake 427 and a fake convertible. I was the yellow '69 that said FAUX 427 with the bad paint if anyone saw it. I also got a good deal on the big block chrome inserts. I'm gonna bring more money next time! Did anyone see the L88 at the NCRS display?! Also, the Star L88 said "Grand Sport". Does anyone know if they had Grand Sports in '67? I thought they were '63 cars. And there was a quad turbo racecar that does 0 to 60 in 1 second! It also does the 1/4 in 6.6 seconds at 210 mph! We camped in Gettysburg, which made lodging cheap. I'll be back next year for sure!
Really? I felt out of place with my paint job. I didn't mix enough pigment for the hood paint. I did drive it. I've also taken it to Taxachusetts, so I knew it could handle the trip. I greatly appreciate the picture as both Jason and I forgot our cameras. The fact that with all the goodness there, mine still stood out a little. Did you notice my shifter? The T-5 comes out into the ashtray, so I had to cut some fiberglass, but no plastic.
Did you happen to drive on the hill roads nearby? I would lose traction on the top of them because my wheels actually left the ground!
