What are you roller cam guys using for a timing cover?
Crap!! This should have been in Tech section! Oh well
If it's a Gen1 small block that's retrofitted with a roller cam, with the flat nose, you'll need a button, retainer, and a cover like this. Email the seller, he may have more.
I use the Cloyes cover with built-in roller button. Clearance is adjustable for endplay with the cover installed. You can also remove the plate to adjust the timing if you a Cloyes Hex-A-Just timing chain.
$106.95 at Summit. Worth it for ease of adjustment. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...1&autoview=sku

Should have said it is a Gen 1. It will be a retro fit solid roller cam.
KMJPerformance. This is his user ID on Ebay. $17.50. I bought one for a motor for my 61 belair, and it looks just like the edelbrock one i am using on my roller motor in my 73 vette. Jegs charges alot more for the same polished aluminum cover.

They don't seem to have anything for sale currently. Got a picture of the cover you got?

DB I was'nt aware they are not currently on ebay. The cover looks identical to the eldebrock cover shown in the jegs catalog. Polished and same thickness with the reinforcing buttons on the face. Good quality too.
