I just returned from vacation with the family (spent a week in upstate New York). Problem I'm having is that everywhere I go all I see is Corvettes. Example, we spent a couple days in the big city and what do I remember? The 73 I saw cruising down Time Square and the C6 I saw the next day.
So we leave the city and get back to our little cabin on Thompsons Lake (East Berne) and wouldn't you know, there is a 78 parked in the barn next to the cabin. 100% original, 62K miles, white on light saddle. All I can think is can I get "Uncle Jack" to sell it to me and if so how do I get it home.
I am back home now (without the 78) with my 74 sitting in shambles in my tiny garage trying to figure out how I can purchase a 2nd, whats wrong with me?
Sounds like a typical day of obsessing for me, so I understand! So many great potential Vettes to own and enjoy, but not enough $$ or storage space!
