Default Thanks Corvette Central

A couple month ago I posted a thread how disgusted I was with the convertible top I purchased from Corvette Central. The rear lower window seam let loose after one weeks time on the car.

To make a long story short, after several emails and phone calls to Corvette Central, I connected with Scott Kohn. During one of our conversations he assured me I would be taken care of and I'm here to say I was.

A new top was sent immediately and the only problem I had was being able to get into my installers garage. We experienced much rain and flooding in our area, so he was extremely busy.

After 3 weeks now, the top looks and fits nicely. I also have been refunded all costs for installation.

Again, Thanks to Scott and Corvette Central. You have made me a believer.

Corvette Central is my favorite. They have great exhaust systems that fit well. I once had a problem with a new window regulator I purchased. They made it right for me without a a lot hassle. That's why I buy form them when I can.

It is great to hear a positive story like this and is good to know that there are still a few companies out there that will do the right thing. I have placed many orders with Corvette Central and have not had any issues. Corvette Central..........keep up the good work !!!

I'm in Brisbane, Australia and I had a problem with an item I purchased from Corvette Central but the Central people, Mishelle in particular, went to a lot of trouble to make it right so problem was rectified. Would not hesitate to buy from them in the future at all.
