Try to find a plastic e-brake cover from some older import car. I can't recall which ones had them, but I think it might have been Toyota Corolla from the 80's.
You could always build some kind of cup holder piece that matches the upper dash, and stops before the shifter boot. Or just run the upper console to the floor, and have a cell phone and change holder bin.
