thanks for the info.
there is a good article on the corvette magazine.com
web site,about how to rebuild them.
i took the horn off the car,and took it apart.the metal
diaphragm inside gets rusty,and will not work.
zip products.com sells a rebuild kit for them.

i just fixed mine . check the horn ring in the steering wheel ,they get rusty and sometimes break. check the green wire under hood see if you are getting power when you push the horn switch[steering wheel center ]if you are, clean the connections to the horns .thats what fixed mine .
