Part Usage Cross Reference Matrix
Does anyone know if a cross reference parts matrix has been written and published showing parts on the 1968 through 1982 that can be swapped with other years?
Here is what I am thinking as an example, all numbers are bogus for the examples. If the part was used on the 68 through 71 you would report it as such. If the part changed on the 72 model you would show that change. I am not speaking of all parts maybe, just too many, but what about the common parts that we buy and or break? Here is my example.
Part Name 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 1973
Door Sill Plate 405644 Same Same Same 466758 Same
Shifter Boot Auto 465078 Same Same Same Same Same
Windshield Glass 433654 Same 453655 487345 444365 Same
Would this be helpful to anyone else besides me?
