Light Birdcage rust
I Installed a radio this weekend noticed some rust where the speakers go. I have searched birdcage issues http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...rdcage+diagram
Looks like a piece of metal was welded to repair the rusted hole.
Now that I found this what else should I look for and is this that bad It seems to be surface rust.

you should look further into those areas and take corrective action
