1975 was a one year only bumper that is no longer reproduced in urethane by any company. Your options are fiberglass, or find a good used one (but that will probably crack fairly soon). Hopefully some company will decide to make a urethane one soon.

...don't waste your time. As others have stated, even if you did find one, they were not "vacuum sealed", therefore, even though it may be an NOS one, it would still be an aged 30+ year old part. I know of a few people who have bought these NOS bumpers, mounted them and to have them split and crack within a few months.
...I think right now, for '74 & '75 rear bumpers, the Eckler's "FlexFit" is the best choice. Put one on my '74 years ago and it looks great and installed great.
