the handle lever rachet mech. is not working.
there should be a spring loaded claw, on the lever,
where it meets the Gear with teeth , it should click across the teeth when pulled.
and prevent the lever from releasing. the handle button releases the claw.
allowing the lever to be lowered....69VETT
