78 Anti Theft Troubleshooting
I'm doing some troubleshooting on my 78's antitheft system and determined the horn wasn't working at all. But also discovered that a light blue wire had been cut under the console and I've concluded by studing the electrical schematics that it must either terminate with the other blue at the flasher or terminate with the light blue that terminates at the relay. I think bubba didn't like the anti-theft horn and just cut the wire to prevent it from prompting him not to activate the alarm while working under the hood. 
Anyway...any help?

the light blue wire provides a path to ground for the main coil on the anti theft relay, it was probably cut so the system wouldnt work, probably one of the switches in the door, hood, or t top is bad. who knows.
