Default removing old paint

What would be the best method to remove the old paint from a urethane front and rear bumper from a 1980? Sand blast, soda blast, chemical... something that won't destroy the part?

I tried a chemical on my urethane front spoiler and it didn't seem to go well so I ended up buying a new one.
Here's a bump for you...

I used Bulldog brand urethane bumper stripper on a few bumpers.
Product worked fine for original lacquar but worked
very poorly on 2K primer and epoxy. Also it tends to soften the
bumper and stretch it a bit. On one bumper I had to use a heat
gun to push it back into position.

I have since given up on the stripper and gone back to sanding
off the old paint. I use a DA with 80 grit paper. When I get into
the primer I switch to 180 grit to minimize grinding away any
urethane. On the hard to reach areas I hand sand, wrapping the
sandpaper around a rubber sanding block. I also use a quarter
sheet electric sander that can get into some hard to reach areas
and is also slower so it is easier to monitor your progress.

I dunno if it helps but I used a Sand blaster on low press 75-100 psi . and stayed away from the work (don't get too close as heat will build up/ the finished product was sprayed in 2k prime and it came out realy well..
