Well im not sure how i did it but i managed to looks one of the caps holding down the cfi filter cover down the duct by the wipers After a bit of thinking im not sure how to get it out of there
im sure someone else has expirence here with this haha so whats the method other then buying a new one?
Are you saying you lost one of the retainer nuts down the wiper area side openings? Uh oh! Those nuts are aluminium with only steel threaded inserts, as in non magnetic! And buying a new one...those are not available anymore.
I think you might be able to remove the recirc door and get in there.I have been able to bring things up with duct tape on the end of a stiff wire before.
One more thought: there are drain holes for that area in the bottom of the body. They are usually full of crap and they are narrow.Pour a little water down and watch where it comes out. Then start digging and you might get lucky and the nut will come through.

It would have to be a p[retty big opening for it to come out of there... but ill see what ican get done

Yeah you know exactly what im talking about... as for them not being available ive heard it before didnt want to hear it again :-(
I dropped 2 sockets and a wiper door screw in there last year. I tried to borrow a boroscope from work to locate them, but that didn't work out, so I removed the kick panel and air vent damper and began vacuuming. I used duct tape to connect smaller diameter lengths of tubing to the shop vac hose. After a while I also used a garden hose to flush out the area through the wiper cavity. I couldn't believe the amount of debris I got out. The sockets were hung up part-way down the cavity. I got the screw out while vacuuming through the damper opening, and the sockets came out the top using a strong (but small) magnet attached to the end of a 3' length of #10 copper wire (Romex).
I decided to clean out both sides, and worked on them for a few hours on 3 different days. This solved one of my water leak mysteries also.
