did you ever notice-

that while adding p/s fluid to a bb, the p/s fluid that is spilled drops down on the belts and actually pools in the pulleys' grooves? then the belts have to be taken off and cleaned? not that it ever happened to me, but a friend knew a guy that heard someone talking about it a long time ago!

Just another reason why I remove the stock belts and pulleys and install serpentine systems.

get a squirt bottle and hold your finger over the tube so you dont drip

You can use a long hose, or tube, and position that first. Then fill as needed to avoid any overfill or spillage.

Thats EXACTLY what happened to me the last time I topped off the P/S fluid!! .. I was so pissed off when that happened, spent at least one hour cleaning out the mess!! .. It's a real PITA to check/add fluid to a P/S pump in BBs.

get a tranny funnel, wind it down in there, works great..............they also make a flex metal funnel with a tranny funnel look to it......................B
