New C3 finally got it on the road and been driving it. Power wndows quit working today, one down of course. Car set for almost 8 years before I got it. I have the 73 service and assembly manuals and found the breaker n the firewall. Power to both sides of it. No noises when I hit either switch with the key on. Where is the relay located? Figured I would ask the pro's before I started pulling stuff apart looking for it. Any sugestions appreciated.
Check the fuse panel too. Should be a large pink wire with black stripe plugged in. Make sure it's still plugged in. It might be something that could be kicked out or maybe it was loosened and fell out. Check to be sure.

In there and tight. Got the shifter bezel out and can see the relay. Looks like the front of the console has to come out to get at it.

Reason: Addition
Any electrical contacts you have a part, clean then well and put a little dialectric grease on them. They're bad about getting corroded and losing contact over the years.
Those switches have a way of going bad over the years. try swapping the LH & RH to see if that is it. Mine also will work loose over time. I have to periodically push the switch back on the connector.
I believe the center bezel has two studs that extend into the top edge of the console. Remove the console side covers and you should be able to see the nuts, a mirror or flexible upper body is needed. Access is hard for big fingers. When you reassemble the console you can leave the nuts off.
MY 73 window stopped working as well after sitting for many years.
It was the mechanicals, all the tracks and wheels had enough rust and dirt on them to stop the movement. I had to take the door panel off to get at the mechanicals, turn the motor on and help the window along manually without frying the motor.
Finally got to the relay. When the key is off I only have power to the orange/black wire. When the key is on I have power to the orange/black and pink/black. No power coming thru the relay to the red/white. I ran a jumper and the window went up fine. Is there any way to check the relay?

You can bench test a relay. I connect the constant to a battery, ground to a battery, and then touch the trigger to the battery and you should both hear and feel it click in your hand.
