Body lift ?

Hey guy I'm going to do a body lift and I don't want to forget anything so if you could post a check list it would be a huge help. I'm going to have a few guys here and i hate to waste any ones time so i would like it to go smoothly. Btw this is a 69

Also will removing the doors first put undue stress on the body while lifting?

I used Nolands list but he forgot the antenna cable from his list. I sheared my cable as a result.
