Default Wanting new floor mats

I want to get new floor mats for the vette this winter. The ones that I like so far have the crossed flags 68-72 vintage and the Stingray script also. The only place i see them is at Mid America, but they are $109. Anybody know where else to get them less expensive? I also need the em brake console wo/pw, and I want to get some new sill plates non stock type.

I just got the Lloyd mats with the Stingray script, no flags. I've only had them for a week, but I expect the quality to be the same as the other Lloyd mats I have purchased in the past. I think they were $100ish for the pair.

Try Davies Corvette in New Port Richey, Florida (727-842-8000) They have some beautiful mats. Bought a real nice pair for my C4 there, and the ones in my C3 came from there, from the previous owner. They won't disappoint!

You could use hard plastic Fox Weatherboots. When dirty just pull them out and hit with a garden hose. They come in black and have to be painted. I used Krylon Fusion Plastic Paint.

paul67, that's a perfectly great idea! Are they available from a shop especially for the Vette?

I got those directly from the manufacturer but I believe Eckler's is a re-seller. And yes there are models specifically for Corvette.

I have the Weatherboots in my 81 and I really like them, but be aware that they do reduce the floor space somewhat. For those of you that have 4-speeds (like me), they do make things a bit tighter if you have big feet. Also, clutch can't travel as far down as w/o the weatherboots. I do like them tho.

Good point! I had to mod mine near the gas pedal to fit my size 13s.
