here in san antonio, you can always count on at least 3-4 people through the red.
my wife was sued by a red light runner that she hit because he said she should have known not to take off as soon as the light turned green. USAA paid him 90K and SHE got a failure to evade an accident ticket. he didnt have a license or insurance but yet the cop felt that he had learned his lesson so he got nothing. needless to say i was not happy
