The cap is below the alternator. Its hard to get your hand in there and get it off. Get a light pointed in there and you can see it. You need a long funnel to pour it through.

Yep, very hard to get to but it's there, and
don't ever feel bad about asking anying about your Corvette...that's why we're here.
