I have the original window sticker for my car. My window sticker that came with my car has incorrect information. It reads:
Northside Chevrolet INC
1045 broad Ripple Ave
25375 Indianapolis INd. zip code 25375 is west virgina not Indiana. Did these things happen then?

Could it be a repro? I have a repro and the vin was typed incorrectly.
Thats what I thought. This doesn't make any sense at all. I purchased my car from a dealer not to far from indy and thats what confused me about the zip
Just curious, weren't original window stickers glued to the window glass and had to be scraped off and usually damaged? I recall test driving a lot of '60's and '70's cars and that's what I remembered. Does yours look like it was once glued to the window?
My new '71 Pontiac Lemans sticker was scraped off at the dealer and couldn't be saved. My '73 VW Super Beetle was attached to the inside rear window and it came off clean and I still have it, along with my '93 MB and my '2001 SLK.
Now you're giving your age away if you test drove new cars in the 60s... Could we fudge a few things on that window sticker and get me a copy for my 400??
It looks like the edges may have been glued. It also looks like it has been folded in half for many years. its almost comming apart directly in the center of it.
I just went to the NCrs site and looked up dealer codes. This is getting even more odd. The first dealer on the list has same address as my sticker with another weird zip code and the 3rd dealer on list is the dealer on my sticker but no zip listed. http://207.58.158.123/cgi-bin/webdat...ealer_Zone.cgi
wait a second... Is the number to left that I thought was a zip code, infact the dealer number? I typed that number into the ncrs web site as the dealer number and sure enough the dealer came up.
This is a real one. I got it off with towels soaked in hot water. Lost for 40 some years in my law school notes I scanned it and put it away in a safe spot that I wouldn`t forget. Yep, your right. I forgot where the safe spot is. I can`t find it. Lost again in a safer spot. As long as it dont take another 40 to find it...
Mine looksclose to that but its not quiet the same. Under the dealer whom delivered is the 5 digit number but like yours no zip after the city and state.
Ok the ncrs has answered my question. The number is not the zip code, it is the dealer code and zone which is correct for this dealer after I ran it through the dealer lookup. Thanks for all you help.
