I responded to your thread.. The home improvement business is very slow, just about everywhere.. Right now is a good time to buy real estate.. The prices are rock bottom right now and if you have the financial ability to wait with the sale, you can make $$$ once most of the foreclosures are off the market.

Right now, the house isn't even liveable.. The water filtration system isn't working and the water (from the well) smells like iron and sulfur.. Once the flooring is done and the water filtration system is working, it should be fairly liveable..
