Sagging parking brake cable
Is there any way I can shorten parking brake cables?
Someone told me that you can buy some sort of clip that can shorten the cable by half an inch to an inch.
Anyone heard about these?
The cable on my car is in good shape except that it has stretched out a big over the years (I guess).

Yes but it's not exactly a "clip". It's a device with a screw or small adjusting bolt which distorts a small portion of the cable into a small "C" or "U" shap in order to reduce the effective cable length.
I think they are called emergency brake cable adjusters. I have seen them in catalogues but don't remember which ones. Maybe Summit, Jegs, or J.C. Whitney?
