'76 vacuum line to ??
Hey All,
Take a look at this diagram:
It's a vacuum cutaway from a '75 that a dedicated forum member sent along. I have a '76 that is missing the vacuum line from the RED outlined actuator which is located under the passenger foot area. The vent doors open/close when I attach a line and blow/suck. I don't know WHERE this line attaches TO. I opened up the console and checked-out the octopus-like device (GREEN circle) that each outlet has lines attached and noted that it had all apparent lines attached to each outlet. My question is: Where does this vacuum line attach? 2nd question: What is the size of the vacuum line itself?

The hose that operates this pod runs from a T at the firewall. Go to this link and you'll see a good picture you can blow up and follow the hose trace. It's in the "Repair Help and Install" section of the web site.
