Does enyone know where I can get a stick on emblem for the center of my new spinner caps? I got these from Willcox but want to add the crossed flags emblem to the center of them.
If theses are what your looking for I'm still looking also.
I'm kicking myself in the *** real hard to for not getting a packaged deal of thirty of these emblems on ebay last year.
If you find any Please send me a PM please.
I heard of a out fit in florida. I'll try to find the name in my note book later on tonight.
Thanks, and hope this helps

WOW that is EXACTLY what I am looking for. I put together an email with two pictures I want to combine to make what I want and that is exactly what I want. Had no idea there was actually something like that out there. PLEASE let me know if you find them again.
I have red centers with cross flags only, no crovette letters. They came from Mid America, but now they don't have the centers any more, it was 10 years ago when i got mine.
Hope i don't loss one, good luck finding some, post where if you do.
Dave
OK, there Shmoky. Give me a little time. I remembered i had wrote down the guys name and number that had them for sell on ebay last year. It may take a while to find this stuff so if you dont hear from me in a couple of weeks dont worry I'll remember to let you know one way or another.
If I remember correctly Paul 74 had a different set of these cross flags on his old 67 coupe. He may chime in.
The red emblem ran in to a License issue with the General, or so we are told by the manufacturer. The 76-82 aluminum center emblems are larger than the red one in the picture and won't work either.
There was a guy at the local all car show last year that sold all kinds of imported goods. He had some smaller emblems but I don't know how to get in touch with him.
The show should be coming up again in a month or so, if I go I'll keep my eyes open for you.

That was about four years. They came off EBay. The seller said he had only one set and could not get any more. I do not know why but as Willcox has stated, GM can at times be very protective via trademark/licensing laws. It seems the "Corvette" script is sensitive but not the crossed flags?? But sets are probably still in circulation so keep trying.
It took awhile but I now have the emblems I was looking for. GPGG70 was kind enuf to find some and get them to me.
These are a peel and stick style. Do you think that the glue on this will be enuf or should I use some sort of contact cement? I have some weatherstripping glue I am using for my weatherstripping this afternoon. Should I use this? or spray on contact cement?
If I were gluing them on, I would do a few things...the spinner caps you are affixing them to appear to be polished chrome, or plastic...either way that surface is very smooth, and needs to be roughed up in order to provide a better mating surface for an adhesive. Sand it down, steel wool...anything to give it some texture. After that, clean it with alcohol, to make sure there is no oil, or dirt.
If those spinners are metal, use JB Weld, its a two part epoxy that is great for metal...spread it thin on the mating area, and adhere.
If they are plastic, use 30 minute epoxy...not 5 minute the 30 minute is much more durable then the 5...
Some may say this is overkill, but those things are spinning all the time and pretty fast, with as much trouble as took to find these four, imagine how bummed you will be when one flies off.

A small coat of the epoxy is a very good idea along with the preping and cleaning of the metal.
