Default '76 Floorpans

Guys,

I'm looking for advice on where to get new floor pans for my '76 L-48. I see that Ecklers and Mid-America have them, and was wondering if anyone here has gotten them elsewhere. I've also seen information that I'm going to have to modify the seatbelt mounting points, I'm assuming that it's just drilling new mounting points? Has anyone done this?

I'm putting in floorpans now on my '81...watch for updates to my build thread soon! The new pans come with the seat belt mounting points, BTW.

I've replaced both pans in my '76. I bought a whole floor clip off a guy on e-bay for $300 and just cut the individual pans out.

Do an advanced search, you'll find a lot of guys have done this with a lot of informitive threads.

You can likely buy a whole rear tub for less than the cost of new pans. Just look around. The 78-82 style will fit but do require some mods. If you wanted a power drivers seat that is one way to get clearance for it.
