If you take the post down, they'll just re-post somewhere else, possibly with a different car. Getting the post taken down is treating the symptom, not the problem.
I found one of mine for sale on vettehound once. It was not long after I bought it, but someon had gone in and taken pictures off of my dealers sight and listed it there for a really low price. Same pics, same vin, same description, diffrent contact. I contacted my dealer and they said that they would take care of the guy.
Contact the person listing the car, ask some questions about it (title, rust, where it's located, shipping costs to the US, etc). Also, request additional pictures. Wait and see what happens. Maybe you can string them along for a while and waist some of their time.
That's crazy, I think it's funny when you see someone selling a car that's "listed" in New York, Idaho or even Canada......yet you see palm trees or a beach in the background
