Hood Insulation Pad
Need information on someone who makes a correct reproduction hood insulation pad for my 77 Corvette. The one I received today from ncmusclecar is incorrect.
Thanks

Does the 77 use the smaller hood insulation(about 24")like the 78-79?
That's still available from your local GM parts guy. It does come with a fabric film on it that can be peeled off to expose the pressed molded fiberglass like on the originals. I'll find the part no in my papers and post it up.
About $120 depending on your parts guy.

Check with Willcox, one of our best forum vendor. I'm pretty sure he can set you up with the right one.

Oh well. Doc Rebuild shows the small one for 76-79 too so probably won't help ya either.
