Default "Tuning For Beer"

Just looking at some of my old files and noticed the Lars Tuning For Bar stuff. Just reading about what was done was beneficial. Have not seen any posts about these sessions in a while. Does anyone know if Lars is still doing these at much less frequency if at all.

I'm sure he still enjoys the occasional brew but I believe he's retired from carb work and doesn't do the tuning for beer anymore.

I don't believe that he is retired!

With his knowledge it is not possible to completely stop what he has done for years; though I do believe he has slowed down. I miss the threads of beer-tuning but I do see his input here upon occasion; as recently as a couple of weeks ago.

If approached with technical questions, he still responds.

I suggest those local to Lars have another Tuning-for-Beer episode, just make sure that all participants forget to have the work carried out but go straight to the beer portion of the event!! Of course, we'll need pictures to document the thread.

I trust that Lars health is well!

I believe I speak for all of us in saying I very much value Lars' wealth of knowledge and certainly miss his input.
