Default Help needed with ext. lights and wiper problem.

ok, i my headlight switch was in pieces (tooken apart) and i managed to put it back together and when i turned it on (so the parking lights are on, it worked.

THEN, i went to mess with my rear lights to see what config. i needed to hook the rear LEDs as. after a couple different tries, i couldnt get the rear lights to light up. i went to look at the front of the car and the parking lights werent on anymore.. im guessing i touched some of the rear wires together and short circuited the lighting system?

heres my [car's] rear:

(btw dont bother looking at the paint, the car's getting a remake once im done with all the small stuff (waiting on my rear flares)

as you can see, some of the wires were just hanging there begging to short curcuit the system and im sure thats what happeneed... my question is, wheres the fuse box so i can check which if any fuses i blew. :smack

any help would be appreciated.

also, the wiper problem: as soon as the key in in ACC position, the wipers start moving. what could be the problem there? i tried switching the wiper switch on and off and nothing happens :S

The fuse block is under the dash to the left of the steering column. The wipers could be the park paw that is in the wiper motor or it can also be the wiper switch .
