Solo run today...
..out to Ocotillo Wells ,Ca via mountains then down into the desert...perfect weather...77 F....225 miles round trip and only three watering holes...

I love it out there...did a lot of low levels there, there is a lot of cool stuff that you never see from the road...also spent a week do desert survival training a few miles south...I love that desert.

Is that near or part of Death Valley? When I picked my C5 up in Oakland and went through Tahoe, Death Valley, into Vegas, through Arizona. The Death Valley part looked a lot like that. It was a wonderful trip!

It was a beautiful day for a drive in the C3. I had to be satisfied with takin the vette to work in San Diego, Its still a short "vacation" driving each way on a sunny day with lite traffic. It definitely beats having the car in storage and freezin yer *** off.

Same here in Westchester Co, NY!! I'm sick of this cold weather.
My family was out in Ca. over the holidays & it was a nice break from the cold though it was only in the 50's-60'. Started from Encinitas to Pasadena to Big Sur and ended at SF. Nice to see everything mostly green!

I wet my finger and stuck it outside for a moment and it came back in frozen so no lovely rides for me. Probably just as well, the engine is not up to the task right now anyway.
Working on the engine bay now to pretty her up. Cold out in that garage though.

Here we just had around 0 F last night and today it's also about 5-7 F even during daytime. Snow everywhere and I have fallen on the ice in my yard twice the last two days. Hurts to sit!
