78 is stripped, What next?

78 is stripped, What next?
I have my 78 no hit body stripped to factory primer I have a few questions on whats next:
-do I remove the factory bondo over the bonding strips and start from scratch or build on top of the factory bondo?
-what grit to block sand the primer with. 150,180, 220?
-whats a good filler to use.
I plan on using southern polyuathane inc. epoxy primer when the body is prepped. Thannks for any input.
