Its about time I started working on the vette again and brakes are the next item on the list. Its been a while since I bought em and figured I'd ask who you bought from, prices, and thoughts on quality/service.

I bought the 0-ring kit from VBP and added them to my sleeved calipers. If you decide to go this way, Autozone sells the calipers already sleeved if yours are not sleeved. You can install the o-ring kit and call it a day.

Thanks!
I bought mine from Mike the guy who developed them way back when. (check the date) He since sold to someone in Florida I believe. Never had any problems with his products. I did have a problem with a caliper mount ear and replaced with an autozone one. Swapped out the ZTI pieces and good to go.
Price was aircraft aluminum pistons. O rings and seals. The good old days

I believe this is the company he sold to - Precision Engineering. I have been using their pistons and 'O' rings for about 6 years. Excellent product, service, and all around good guys. http://www.fixvetteparts.com/

They're the piston design/O-rings I have. Still working perfect since 96. Glad to see they are still being made.
Just check their site. Have a lot of nice pieces. The pricing is quite reasonable.
