So I am trying to track down the first two owners of my car...the 2nd owner still lives in the same house, the listed number is a fax machine...and when I do a search on the first owner I found this, http://www.nysdta.org/STC/Personal/1980/a_c0080.pdf the date on the letter is right about when the 2nd owner bought the car.

Sounds like a fun thing to do this time of year. I've thought about it a few times. I'm the 6th owner and have copies of titles and registrations right back to the original owner. Also have the bill of sale and original window sticker. Man did I light up when the last owner handed me that big cardboard box.

i actually found the original owners phone number, he is alive in Florida..I just left him a message. I have the 2nd owners address and phone number...when I called it was a fax machine...i might just send him a Fax...I hope that people will respond to me...I am afraid that they may think I am out to scam them or something...
