if you are not already, join photobucket or any similar photo site, upload your pictures and they'll give you several links, one of them being for forums, just copy and paste it into a thread here. That's the only way I am aware of.

Correct. I'm a little slow, so it took me a while to post a pic.
After joining and posting your pics on photobucket, look at the pic you want to post. Scroll down just under each pic, and a list of links will be there. Go down to the 4th one, I think, and right click, copy, and go to the forum post you want to put it into. Right click, paste, wallah, pic posted to a thread.

Also might want to resize your picture in Paint or some other photo editior first. After a few tries you'll figure out how to get them the size you want. Also, your atvar or whatever it's called picture has to be smaller than a certain size or it will not show up.
