DYNAMICS!!! im not feeling it, i need to be studying it cause all this angular velocity with respect to a moving referrence is quite overwhelming. but i just keep reading threads on this forum and my harley davidson forum instead....ah!
One of the hardest classes I took. I had this asian guy named Dr. Chang. As he handed back the first exam he was laughing, the class average was a "D". I still remember him saying to the class "You better work harder; you back against the wall, ha, ha".

Hang in there, it's worth it when you get the piece of paper.
yeah i remember it like it was yesterday. very tough class. i new i was in trouble after the first day 2/3's of the class dropped. i recall the instructor rolf spies was a german bred engr who in his heavy accent said "don't ask stupid questions. you americans are very stupid." i hung in there with maybe 5 other students at the end. one was a brain surgeon just taking the class for fun. the others were 4 yr degreed students just taking it as refreshers. and then there was me. on the final, i got half of the 25 problems right. well i barely passed the course.
haha yeah the other day my teacher was just like "oh if you thought the last test was hard, your in deep water folks, so far the stuff weve done is just physics!" yay..I will be happy when i servive this class, this one and circuits is my rough classes, materials and my solidworks design class are at least intersting. well in reference to southern vette a few more weeks here in florida it will be tank top season again where its warm enough all the soriority girls quit wearing there jackets...haha...
One of the greatest moments in my life was passing that class. I had a fantastic teacher who was very thorough and very helpful in office hours. He also believed in 25-30 homework problems a week :'( . He also reminded us that the Statics problems and the Mechanics problems we used to struggle over would now have to be done in 5-10 minutes instead of 30-45 minutes.
Good times good times. That course made me question if engineering was right for me. I got through it with a B (no +/- at my school) and nerver looked back. I later found out I was more of a "heat transfer" kind of guy. Thermo and Fluids are my friends now and were my favorite classes in college.
Stick it out man! Like Highlander said, that paper is worth it. I see that only 1.5 years out of college.
And take the FE before you leave college! Go for your PE, you'll be thankful.
Statics and Dynamics was a pain in the a$$, but hang in there. It's probably one of the courses I hated the most and it reflected in my grade - barely squeaked by that class. I loved my Kinematics class however...
ya i have thermo next semester which i hear is another fun one. so far physics 2 was roughest for me, all that magnetic flux and what not ah! thanks for all the input guys!
