Converting to Power steering.
Hi Guys and Gals,
I have just ordered a power steering conversion kit from ecklers to upgrade a 71 coupe to power steering. This is a complete kit. I was wondering if anyone has used this kit and carried out the conversion on their own car? and if so was there any problems post fit. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have not used the kit. The AIM will show the factory power steering installation and will probably help with your kit install.
Buy or rent a pitman arm puller.

I will let you know how things go. Looking forward to getting the car out of winter storage in about 5 weeks time. I find the weather here in Ireland can be quite harsh on the chrome bumpers!!
