Default 1973 Greem??

Saw this for sale, states that it is a 73 "green" convertible. Appears to have correct for 73 dark saddle deluxe interior, but is it the original blue green color, or has it been repainted in your guy's opinion??

The reason I ask is that i really love the 69 fathom green color, and was considering repainting my 73 coupe, which is the original yellow metallic. But I also like the look of this car, and if I could repaint a correct for 73 color, that may be better. Anyway let me know what you all think.

Sorry for the mistype on the title... to late to change now....

I like the color, though not correct for 73. I love the correct color in the 2nd pic.

It's the same car... that's what's confusing to me, looks more like fathom green in the 1st pic and more blue green in the second. I have never seen this color in person and was wondering if this is typical for this shade, or just a trick of the camera/ lighting conditions??

That is a correct color for 73 then. What's the trim tag number?
For Blue-Green it is 945
Yellow 952
Metallic yellow is 953

Guys, I know that's not elkhart green... seen plenty of those.
So...... what i'm asking is- is this car typical of blue/green 73's i.e. does it look similar to fathom green in some light and more blueish in others, or does this car in the pictures have some other custom color??

Mines a 73 blue-green and I find in different light, cloudy day more green, bright sun shows blue in the green.
IMHO this does look like 945 blue green, as for original paint I can`t say.

My avatar pic, look how dark it looks, taken early evening shaded.

Tried posting a pic of my order form card, of the 945 paint code in 73. The dealer typed in dark blue green metallic. One year color only.

I may be missing where the question was answered, but does the trim tag say 945?

If it does, the "one year only" bumpers and the "one year only" paint would be an awesome combo!

Great color and yes, the 2nd picture is more representative of Blue-Green Metallic. Two of the best vette colors, 945 Blue-Green Metallic and 927 Dark Blue Metallic were one year only colors for 1973.
