Brad, Mine is a 72 car and the clutch pedal bumper stop bracket looks integrated to the pedal mount. I have a couple images taken last year that may help.
You can see it up near the pin to mount the clutch rod that passes thru firewall:
Another angle:
Not sure that helps but should give an idea of where that bracket could mount. Let me know if a picture from behind would be better and I can get that posted before tomorrow.
Good Luck.

Reason: add text
It bolts to the top corner of the brake pedal housing.
In My 70 AIM, It's on page UPC 7 - C2 in the AIM, "Clutch Pedal, Control Linkage & Pedal Dimension", part 9. Also shows pedal should be 7 inches +-.25 from the floor.
Here's a pic of under my dash and you can sort of see it .
Hope this helps.
Glenn
Thank you Dustup and GD70, I found the page in the AIM and can now see the slot where the bumper is supposed to be. The part I ordered from zip is the wrong one (my screw up) so have ordered this, which is the correct item.
