Default Seat belt position

I bought a '69 coupe last summer, and with it came a box of extra pieces including the shoulder harness part of the seat belts. My problem is that the seller at the time had changed the carpets, and omitted to install the shoulder belts. Now there are no holes & I have no idea where it goes, can any one help with this, I thought I had seen some pics from an other thread on belts, but can't find it.

On the 69 the shoulder belt mounted on the vertical surface of the fenderwell, just under where they are shown above mounted on the horozontal surface. There is a nut plate rivited under the fiberglass. The easiest way for you to find them is to lift the carpet. They will be there.
