has anyone bought LED's from here? i just ordered a pair of red 1895's from them to check the quality and see how well they work in the dash. i tried to figure out where they were located online before placing the order but couldnt find it. once i placed the order i got a conformation e-mail and it says they are in Washington so that is good for me since im in California. they should be here in a couple days.
I'm definitely going to do the LED thing to my dash and dome light, since I'm doing the heater core this spring. There is a vendor here selling these and from the looks of it, they may be in a similar ballpark on pricing-after shipping.
Not sure about doing anything with the internal dash blinker signals as I'm not sure if they are on a flasher or not.
Seems the reliability of these should be pretty good if they draw 1/8th the power the incandescents draw.
Bulbs: 194 are 2 CP & normally used in dash lights. 168 are 3 CP & normally used in side marker lights. In the past auto parts stores typically did not have 168 & many would put 194 in side markers.
I always used 168 where needed.

Well i ordered two 1895 red LED's and holefully they will be here soon. the vendor here on the site is selling them for $7 a piece and i can get them for $10 a pair off of this site for the same thing. once i get the two in i will install them and do a write up on them and let you all know how well or not so well they work.
I put in all blue 1895s for my dash lights, and red for the warnings(turn, seat belt etc). I don't have the dash back in the car yet but on the workbench with a power supply I put all the bulbs in the tach and speedo to see how they look. LEDS are way brighter and much less current draw(just 1.2mA each for the single diodes that i bought)
