Felt washer on Cross shaft?

Felt washer on Cross shaft?
On the engine side where does it go? I installed the nylon bushing and the rubber collar, but can't figure out were the felt washer goes.

I might be mistaken on this but I think the felt washer is only on the other side. I have had mine with the nylon bushing and the rubber washer on the engine side forever. I just looked in the AIM and it shows no felt washer on the engine side. Anyone else show something different?
