Lifter roller squeel
Could a factory roller lifter squeel like the sound of a bad water pump? This is on a posible dexcool tainted engine. It happens at lower than 1,000 rpms, is intermitent ..I'm wondering if it could seize and destroy the cam if left alone. Any ideas please help...could be cam bearings but one lifter tapped for awhile on first startup after intake gasket replace. This buick sits right next to my 77 C3!
