hello 2 all just want to say i have purchased a 1978 41k mile car .i have been watching this car since it was put on stands in 1973 and left in a dark room.....i cant believe i finally got it ...ok enough of that .my first question is how do u change the blower motor .ok for now thats all but be prepared because ill have about 50 more questions tomorrow thank u .....
A/C or no A/C - I will assume A/C as most 78's came with them. willcox got it right, if you look just behind the A/C box on the firewall you will see the blower motor. it is ringed by a number of small screws that hold it in place. They are a pain to get at but once you do its fairly easy to get the motor out.
maneuvering it past the A/C is another issue altogether
