Tip - Remove grease from interior carpet!
Today while putting the seats back in after working on the dash and other stuff from this week I noticed a spot of grease got on my OYSTER WHITE carpet. No problem - I grabbed the bottle of "De-solv-it" from under the kitchen sink, squirted a very small amount on the carpet just enough to cover the diameter of the spot (don't over soak the spot, just get the fibers wet) and then absorbed the grease spot with a blue (paper) shop towel and with a small amount of light circular wiping. It took about 3 applications to remove the spot. I continued to use a clean side of the shop towel each time. The grease spot is completely gone and no stain!
De-solv-it has a strong citrus smell to it so if you use a lot of this stuff to clean up a number of grease spots then leave the windows open for a day or two as to air the car out.
