These pics look good.
Is it me or does the Corvete letters look straight in person? They look off in the pic. and did 75 have these or did someone add them? I don't know my car is a 72 and I have not paid that much attention to 75 models. If they came from the factory with the letters and are off it may be a cheap set of letters. I bought a cheap set for my 72 and they were off, after that I bought a set of GM letters and everything was straight with the letters.
Paint, rims, and tires look good maybe I didn't get all the pictures. How about the interior, engine bay, and frame. I don't think you have enough for us to comment. The letters do look crooked. Check it out thoroughly or you could spend alot of money on suprises.

Message was posted in 3 parts, the other photos are there..
Thanks
75 had the rear lettering, but bumper is wrong. There should be indentations for the individual lettering.
Not sure on this one.....I have been looking on the net at 75 bumpers, most do not have indentions, some of them have the corvette very close togeather is a slight script, others have it as shown...anyone here that can clear this up?
Thanks
Anyone see anything in these photos that shout "RUN" car is a 1975 with 39k on it.
An elementry question, maybe, in regards to actual mileage. Was there any grease on the speedo cable? A car that old should have a some amount of grease formed evenly around the the thumb screw thingy, or was the thumb screw clean looking or possibly showed finger marks? This was one of the things I looked for when I went shopping nearly 20 years ago while doing my best to try to confirm the mileage might be at least close to correct. I caught a couple trying to cheat, they'd say "oh, the cable broke last week so we just replaced it". (Ya huh!) My cousin (also a multiple Vette owner, but many years longer than I) told me about this tactic while saying a lot of people would remove the speedo cable on the bottom end, drive the car as much as they wanted over the years, then reconnect when any service was performed or possibly during inspections at DMV, etc, etc - then when it came close to time selling the car they would reconnect the cable again, thus the OD would then start add on miles again. The cable would be cleaner than what you might typically see on and around that area of connection if they've been trying to cheat on the mileage, and of course all records would show the lower mileage.

Those letters creep up to the right in my view. I believe '75 bumpers do have indentations... the ZIP catalog refers to "letter dimples." You can see the letter indentations on the '75 Truflex bumper in the Corvette Central catalog. And, what you see "together in a slight script" is NOT a '75 bumper... this is the '76 design.
This car has been painted, and some of the body details are... a little off.
I'm going to 'guess' the car has seen a rear ender, and that rear clip and more possible was replaced, notice the funny antenna placement. Inspect the rear of the frame very well, as well as the bird cage lowers front and rear and windshield surround. C.

Same thing I was going to say. The front bumper also has some slight misalignment, and it's not doing the Corvette wave. So you can almost bet it's been replaced at some point during the car's life.
I wouldn't say this is a deal breaker though. C3s are ladder framed cars, and can take a good lick. You just want to be sure all the important stuff was put back together correctly.
